The name chefantwon is actually a 2 part name. The chef part is that I can cook quite well. I'm not a professional chef, but like many other folks out there, loves to cook and make good food. The antwon part comes from Germany back in 1982. I was part of a bowling team that was named Orbital Bebop (a name of a band at the time). We were putting down nicknames and I chose antoine (French for Tony), my friend Mike spelled as he heard it, hence the name antwon.<br /><br /><br />I'm a vet of the US Air Force 1981-1995 and have been stationed in Germany, Korea, New Mexico, California, and Nebraska (in no particular order). I was a cop that guarded airplanes for 3 1/2 years and then cross trained into working with computers until I left the service. (thanks Bill Clinton /sarc)<br /><br />I'm a rather complex person and I'll try and share some of it with you all.
